Jaffa Clock Tower directions

The Jaffa clock tower stands in the middle of Yefet Street at the entrance to Jaffa. Any Jaffa resident can tell you how to get there, and all the taxi drivers know the landmark.

Please refer to the map below if you are planning to walk to the tower. The walking tour will begin from the base of the tower and the guide will meet you there.

The tower was built in 1906 to mark the 25th anniversary of the accession of the Turkish Sultan Abdul Hamid II. It is similar to other towers built at the same time for this same purpose in Jerusalem and Acco.
